Return & Replacement Policy
At [COOL SA], we provide custom printing and plaque/award manufacturing services tailored to each client’s specifications. As all products are custom-made, the following policy applies to both individual and corporate customers.
1. Product Nature
All products are made to order (Custom Made), including but not limited to:
Awards and commemorative plaques
Custom printed items
Nameplates and logo signage
Laser engraving and cutting (Acrylic, Stainless Steel, Wood)
2. Design Approval
Production begins only after final design approval by the client.
Design approval constitutes full confirmation of:
Text and spelling
Dimensions
Colors
Logos and content
Once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are accepted due to client-provided errors.
3. Eligible Cases for Re-Production
Clients may request re-production (not a refund) only in the following cases:
A production error that differs from the approved design
A clear manufacturing defect
Damage caused during shipping
Conditions:
The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the issue must be provided
The product must not be used, modified, or altered
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Cases
Returns or re-production are not accepted in the following cases:
Custom-made products approved by the client
Errors resulting from:
Incorrect information or files provided by the client
Client’s change of mind after production
Minor color variations due to screen settings or material differences
Corporate orders once production has started or items have been officially delivered
5. Shipping Responsibility
If the error is on our side, we cover all shipping costs
Otherwise, the client is responsible for shipping fees
6. Review & Processing Time
All requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
If approved, a new production timeline will be provided based on the product type
